Orders & Purchase Terms
Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance by Heech.
Product specifications, availability, and pricing may change without notice.
Customers must provide accurate order information, including billing, shipping, and contact details.
Each order will be processed based on the proforma invoice or sales contract.
Payment
Accepted methods: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), or other mutually agreed methods.
Payment terms, deposits, and balances are specified in the contract.
Any bank charges or transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DDP) are specified in the contract.
Delivery times are estimates. Heech is not liable for delays caused by logistics, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and compliance with import regulations in their country.
Warranty & Technical Support
Standard warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or external factors.
Technical support, training, and installation guidance are available remotely or on-site, as agreed in the contract.
Intellectual Property
All website content, images, logos, designs, and product specifications are owned by Heech or its licensors.
